Veto Ceremony
Power of Veto holder Adria has used the Power of Veto to save herself as we predicted here.
Prior to the ceremony Head of Household Nakomis spoke with her half-brother Michael, the cowboy, and told him that if Adria used the veto she would be nominating him. She told him that the only vote he would receive was "from a twin" and that he was the safest person in the house. We applaud Nakomis for the class shown in giving the guy a little warning.
While we agree with Nakomis that the Clueless Cowboy is probably safe and that Natalie is going home, we do not feel it was the best tactical decision she could have made. Two days ago after Adria won the POV I wrote.....
"I think Nakomis will nominate either the Clueless Cowboy or Drew. I think the smart choice is Drew, but that will take a lot of strength from Nakomis. If she does, she will anger alliance mate Diane. But Nakomis has to know that the Double D alliance must be destroyed for Nakomis to have a chance to win. She must weigh the situation and decide if now is the moment. The smarter nomination is Drew. The safer nomination is Cowboy. I think it is really a difficult call to make from outside the house. But I think she will nominate Drew. And still hope for the eviction of Natalie."
I do think the smarter nomination would have been Drew....but I am not there and I can't fault Nakomis and her game play to date. Maybe she made the smarter decision. Regardless, I think we are seeing the end of the Twins Twist, and it's about time.
However.....Here's an interesting question. With Project DNA, if Natalie is voted out this coming Thursday. Will they start switching in and out of the house again?
