Kelley Rhodes is not feeling well. We are lucky to have Big Brother fan and RTVC Staff Writer Keri Lambert available to fill in. Thank you Keri
Its day 43 in the Big Brother house. This episode begins where the last one left off, with the nominations of Will and Marvin. This is Marvin's third week in a row to be on the block and Will's nomination left most of the other houseguests stunned. Adria's explanation of why she nominated them did not sit well with them. Marvin: "I have a problem with the asinine speech she made. Come on, get outta here, nobody's going believe that". Will: "She tries to sell us down the river with probably the sappiest, most fakest speech I've heard since the Jase".
Will and Marvin are outside as Will makes the observation that Adria nominated the black and the gay guy. They are trying to laugh it off, but you can tell that they take it seriously. Marvin is also quite upset, since he campaigned to keep Adria, and then she turned on him so quickly. He's also quite upset since he's not in an alliance; he's playing the game alone. Nakomis comments that this week there are 2 good people up on the block, and this is Marvin's third week in a row. She doesn't think this is fair and feels she needs to talk to Adria. Karen mentions that those kinds of actions under that roof don't buy you too much time.
The twins are in the kitchen. Adria asks will if he's going to grill, to which he responds (in a very snarky tone) I don't know if I'm hungry. I just lost my appetite for some strange reason. Natalie's response to that is that it's funny they get mad at Adria. Come on Natalie, wake up! Of course they're mad at Adria; she's the one that nominated them!
And back comes Will: I didn't mean to be passive aggressive just then. When I just said I lost my appetite. I didn't mean to be passive aggressive. It's just you know, after all that stuff we went through with Holly, and I really went to bat, and honestly, she knows (points to Diane) and Karen and I talked about strategies with talking to Drew and all night long. It's surprising I guess.
Adria: I expected that people would be shocked and I know this. Whenever you get to a point where you feel comfortable and you want to talk to me, I'm willing to talk.
Will: We can go in your room and talk.
Adria: Well let's go do that.
They are now in the HOH room.
Adria: There are other people who asked me about taking you out of this house. (Flashback to a conversation with Diane) Some people that may surprise you and it's not me. I didn't make a decision off of them. Things were revealed to me in my prayers and I see a great light in you. And with that, I don't want you to worry about anything about being voted out of the house.
Will: The thing that is most upsetting me now is not being on the block but the fact that it's obviously Nak, Diane or Karen that has ill will towards me. And that really surprises me.
Will is then shown in the DR complaining that if Adria wanted to use his as a pawn, she should have come to him before. Now, I'm not sure how you saw the above conversation, but I never heard Adria say Will was the pawn. In fact, I heard her tell him that some people want him out. Will seems like a fairly intelligent man, so I'm going to assume that this was something he said prior to the HOH pow wow with Adria and CBS just decided to edit it this way. He concludes this DR chat with a warning to the twins "All I can say, is that if I'm still in the house Thursday night, Adria watch your back bitches!"
Of course, after that little pow-wow, Will goes immediately to Karen to rely the information that someone from the "Girl Power" alliance wanted him put up. Karen thinks that's crap. Now Will, Karen, Nakomis, and Diane are outside and he again tells them Adria told him it's someone in their alliance who wanted him gone. He looks at the girls and tells them that he knows that she's lying. Poor Diane is sitting there trying to stay quite. You can tell she's being eaten alive inside. Perhaps out of guilt, perhaps out of game, Diane then tells them how strong a twin bond is, and those 2 have to be separated. Although Diane is with the "Twins" alliance this week, something tells me that this girl will change sides every week with whoever has the power. This girl is very good at turning people on each other, and meanwhile, she can just sit back and enjoy the show.
