The episode begins with a brand new day, Day 3 on this 2-week journey. Jane got up at 7:00 and went around and woke everyone else up, or at least tried to, Mini Me was not having it, and took his sweet little time to get up. Da Brat read the newspaper, telling them that they must get packed to go camping! Mini Me is very irritated by the news that they are going camping, he takes a mini nap on the way to the ranch.
Adrienne is in heaven at the ranch, cause the men are in their tight cowboy pants. Chyna seems happy too! First off they have to change into cowboy gear! Mini Me refuses to try on anything, except for a hat that somebody has stuck on his head. First task is to move hay and feed the horses. Chyna is able to carry a big ole bale all by herself, seems her muscles are not fake, unlike the majority of her other body parts.
The ranch hands pull out a pony for Mini Me, a pretty big pony. Chris feels that horseback riding is not for him since he doesn't have a whole lotta leg on him. Mini Me does try to get on the pony, but he begs off after his nuts start hurting. Marcus feels bad for him- his first words of the show. Everyone takes a moment to express his or her dismay that Mini Me is too mini to take part in the horseback riding. I can't believe the ranchers' did not have one of those state fair sized ponies, of course most 2-year-olds do not ride on ponies, and face it, Mini Me is about the size of a 2-year-old.
Back at the ranch, on the horse ride, the houseguests look for cattle. When they find the cattle, the horses go wild in the round up. Adrienne was really into wrangling the cattle. The menu for the evening's meal is frank and beans- but if they brand a calf, then they can have steak and lobster. Adrienne cheerfully volunteers, clearly upsetting Jane because she felt they should all stick together, and nobody else in the group wanted to brand a cow, not even super muscled Chyna, I don't guess Mini Me was given the option. Chris ever the levelheaded one of the group tried to talk Adrienne out of branding the calf, but she refused, saying she did not want pork and beans. Jane stormed off. Da brat was disappointed at the process, at it did seem unusually brutal to the poor calf. Everyone looked pretty disgusted; Mini Me was not shown during the process, I guess it was naptime once again. After the branding process is all over, Adrienne takes a moment to kiss the calf. Chris then tells her to bend over, which she happily obliges to, and he pretends to brand her.
At this point, Adrienne realizes that Jane is very upset, so they all troop to the van, where Jane has hidden herself away from the cruelty of it all. Jane vents all of her anger towards Adrienne, who then cries and apologizes, but once again states how she could not eat the pork and beans. Hello Adrienne has not lived a privileged life; I don't think it would have killed her to eat pork and beans! Jane and Adrienne hug and make up.
As the houseguests ride back to the campsite, they see bear tracks. It is time to announce to Cowboy of the day, who will it be? Will it be Chyna who single-handedly lifted a bale of hay? Will it be Adrienne, who branded the calf? Will it be Mini Me who was too itty bitty to ride the horse? Will it be Marcus, because he looked so good in the cowboy gear? My vote is for Marcus, but the actual winner is Adrienne, as Cowboy of the day, she gets to sleep in a luxury tent, with one guests. She chooses Jane, and then says it will be great to finally sleep together.
Since they had to make it to the campsite by dark, and its only 5:30 there is nothing else to do, so the campers decide to get drunk- who would want to get drunk in the woods? After downing a couple of beers, Marcus tells Mini Me about the bear tracks, it seems that Mini Me has just magically appeared at the campsite. Hey I wonder why someone did not volunteer to ride him on the back of their horse. Anyway, Mini Me is really scared of the bears that might come get him, I don't guess he would have a real chance to get away, unless he crawled really fast, but then the bear would just eat him up in one bite. Marcus says he will have his back if the bear comes to eat him.
The campers seem to have fun as the drinks flow, and they cook the steaks, turns out everyone gets a steak, and lobster thanks to Adrienne! The houseguests begin to tell each other how they feel. Jane tells Mini Me that sometimes he is nice, but other times he acts like Bleep. Da Brat tells Chyna that her makeup looks like crap, and that she is beautiful and don't need makeup, they hug after this revelation. Chyna then takes the floor, and reveals that she has no friends, no family and has had horrible relationships in the past. And she tried to commit suicide only 6 months before. Is this her therapy? Shouldn't she be seeing a counselor, and not camping out with strangers? If she was a danger to herself, only 6 months before, how can she not be a danger to others? This little announcement seems to sober everyone up very quickly. Everyone tries to say something positive to Chyna, I guess to prevent her from jumping into the fire. They all group hug.
Next week: A road trip, and Adrienne decides to express her interest in Chris.
