This amazing new show by Fox is all about Gordon's choosing the next elite chef and restaurant owner of Hell's Kitchen. The winner will battle through the torture of Gordon's weekly rampage; survive the onslaught of their opposing team not to mention backbiting of their own team players. Most importantly the winner will become the best chef and all-around restaurant owner. The winner will have the best work ethic, most culinary skill, absolute discipline, utmost professionalism, passion for their art, and value the understanding and appreciation of employees.
