Presented with a task, which was on the surface, relatively simple, the two teams quickly set off on different routes. The "creative" team took up right where they left off. Project Manager, Chuck was driven to distraction and threatened to quit the game. In the end, Martha took that decision out of his hands by making it clear that he "just doesn't fit in" Loose cannon, Jim, and walking target, Dawn, were once again the reprieved members of the group. The two conference room veterans must recognize that if they don't change their ways, their days are numbered. Their self-selected team name, Matchstick, may portend a quick burnout for this volatile and unstable group.

Meanwhile the "corporate" team, Primarius, though far from perfect, once again ruled the day. After recognizing the error in their price structure, they regained control of the task as Carrie led her team to a substantial victory and justified our confidence in her leadership abilities.

The general consensus among viewers seems to be that the next to be banished from the conference room should be - Koppelman's cigar! Obviously this affectation is meant to be his "trademark" but it has been my experience that men who require the constant presence of such an obviously phallic symbol suffer from extreme insecurity. Perhaps Ms. Stewart is more intimidating than she let's on? Or Charles is not as pleased to be working under a woman as he would like us to believe. Lose the prop before it becomes a running joke would be my advice.
