As this contest progresses, and covers different aspects of
a student, we will see that the students that emerge as the leaders of
the pack will be the best all-around students. I love that they are
adding in aspects such as school spirit and community service. After
all, those parts of a students personality mean almost as much as
their intelligence.
Also, now that two episodes have passed, I'm glad that this show's
format doesn't have student being eliminated, rather just students
moving on to the Final Five. This will give each of these kids an
opportunity to shine in a different area. I applaud the producers of
the show for not falling into the same reality show cycle of making
eliminations the central focus.
Next week's community service challenge will really show some of the
contestants' true colors. Can't wait to see whats in store for
episode three!
