Previously on America's Next Top Model:
14 new finalists were chosen to participate in the hit reality show, "America's Next Top Model," and we are now down to three. Kimberly was the first girl to leave when she quit, making her the third girl in Top Model history to do so. Atalya followed soon after when the judges couldn't see her model potential. Allison was next to leave over her bad attitude and then Amis was eliminated for her lackadaisical attitude.
Marvita was fourth to be eliminated when she gave up on herself and Aimee fifth when the judges didn't think she had enough experience to be truly versatile. Early frontrunner Claire was sent home next for not having enough versatility and in the most controversial move, Stacy-Ann was eliminated for plateauing, despite Fatima having legal troubles and missing that week's photo shoot. The top six girls flew to Rome and Lauren was eliminated when she didn't show enough life in her commercial. Katarzyna went home next when the judges felt she wasn't using her full potential.
Just last week, the girls took photography lessons to better understand everything that goes into a picture. For the challenge, they picked up the cameras and snapped shots of Paulina. Fatima won the challenge, earning herself 50 extra frames in the next photo shoot. For the photo shoot, the girls had to act as starlets caught by the paparazzi. None of the girls truly shined and though Fatima squandered her huge advantage and made excuses, Dominique was eliminated when the judges felt she wasn't up to the same level as the other three girls.
The three girls remaining are Anya, the ethereal Hawaiian beauty, Fatima, the elegant African expatriate, and Whitney, the highest ranking plus-sized contestant in Top Model history. Which girl will win this tenth season of, "America's Next Top Model?" Let's find out!
Our final three heads home after the most recent judging panel. Anya tells us that when she started out, she wasn't very confident in herself, but that has changed as the weeks have gone on. Fatima says it's great to get some validation after so many years of struggling. She goes on to say that being in the bottom two so late in the competition is like a wakeup call. I would think being in the bottom two at ANY time should be a wakeup call. Isn't it funny when people say stuff like that or, "The competition is getting tough! I need to step my game up!" You'd think they'd be playing their 'A' game from the beginning. Whitney talks about her friendship with Anya and hopes it's her and Anya in the final two.
Later, the girls get Tyra Mail and some scripts for their latest assignment which is obviously their CoverGirl shoots. Anya says her Italian CoverGirl commercial was bad and says she has to work on how she presents herself. Whitney takes solace in the fact that the commercial is in English this time.
