America's Next Top Model: Them's The Breaks - Here's The Rankings! Recap, Rankings and Commentary by RTVC Senior Staff Writer Jacob D.

Sitting on top.
This week's episode saw some girls breaking out of their shells and others retreating into them.
The girls got the results from the impromptu poll taken with the audience from the live judging.
That had to have hurt or been confusing in some cases, especially for Alexandria.
As we saw last time, the audience doesn't particularly care for Alexandria and that has rattled her.
It's a bit odd in some ways because she spent so much of her previous season talking a tough game and acting like the alpha girl, but her bark was worse than her bite.
Or rather, her whimper is worse than her bite.
I think the problem with Alexandria is that she's just not believeable in any context she's shown to us. She wants to be tough, but she's more "crabby teen" than "Head Bitch in Charge."
And for someone who talks a big game, she certainly cries and whines a lot. But even when she's hurt and showing emotion, it's hard to feel sorry for her because she seems like such a petulant child.
That's what it goes back to; she seems more like a child in a woman's body than an actual woman. This was one big thing I hated about Bre on Bre's first time around.
Moving on, each girl got a branding "word" and then makeovers!
Of course, like every year there was some drama.
Sheena was initially told her hair would be getting chopped, but it was all a joke and she mostly just got a touch up. How unexpected, which, coincidentally, was the brand word Sheena was given.
The other girls had a good laugh at Alexandria's over-dramatic reaction to her cutesy cut. Again, it all seemed like an act from Alexandria and every girl thought so.
The award for "Most Dramatic" though easily goes to Bre. She, unlike Sheena, actually did get a very short cut and she was not having it.
She cried, she had a meltdown, she hid in the bathroom, and was ready to throw in the towel for a minute there. Hooray, immature Bre was back. Imagine my enthusiasm.
Bre did not quit though, but still showed signs throughout the episode of having mentally checked out.
