The Bachelorette Recap: Single Mom Emily Say No To Nookie
Recap by Senior RTVC Staff Writer Gayl Killough
July 10, 2012
Perfect jackpot?
This episode was the final three on The Bachelorette with Emily and next Monday will be the Men Tell All Episode.
However the finale is going to end on a Sunday, July 22, so make sure not to miss out.
The Bachelor Pad will debut in the time slot on July 23.
While I am sure everyone is excited to watch The Bachelor Pad, you don’t want to tune into the Bachelor Pad expecting to see the finale, only to have missed it.
As like most everyone else, my life has been too crammed packed to worry too much about this show outside of when it airs.
My favorite has been Jef the entire season and I am spoiler-free, but I felt fairly confident that Jef would make it to the hometown dates.
Got thoughts? Post them at the end.
I have been wrong about my favorites making it to the hometown dates before, but so far this season has gone pretty much like I have expected, not too many real surprises.
Now it is the final three and Emily has to make tough decisions on who would make the most sense to spend her life with in reality, so it cannot be about to keeping great guys around or keeping around guys who are fascinating.
I think Emily and I both find Jef to be fascinating, but fascinating is not enough. Do the backgrounds and outlooks on life mesh?
I was trying to psyche myself out but expecting my favorite Jef to be eliminated so that it would be happiness if he stays and that in theory I would not be so bummed out if he was eliminated in this episode.
However, thinking about going into the show tonight, I could not stick with the psyche out. I obviously want Emily to pick whoever is really the best for herself, but I really like Jef and I am not ready to see him eliminated.
I want to root for Jef until the very end. I understand if Emily does not pick Jef, but I cannot fake it, I would be disappointed.
So I went into this episode rooting for Jef. I also like Sean a lot, but there is just something extra special about Jef that I can't describe.
Emily later on says that there are qualities that are paper perfect and there are qualities that are admirable that can’t be put down on paper. I think Emily sums it up nicely.
I watch this spoiler-free and I usually just stick to how the show is edited. This season has been different. There is usually one bachelor who catches my attention enough that I seek out more information and this season has been Jef.
