Big Brother 12: “You Are Worse Than Evil!”
Recap and Commentary by Logan Huffman
September 3, 2010

Evil, yeah. Genius, no.
Previously on ‘Big Brother 12’, after the double eviction of Matt and Brendon, Lane became the new HOH, targeting Ragan for eviction, and nominating Enzo as the pawn alongside Ragan.

At the Veto Competition, Enzo edged out Ragan for a victory, winning his first competition of the season.

Lane was torn on his replacement nominee, but ultimately decided to keep Britney safe, nominating Hayden as the replacement.

Julie welcomes us to the show, and we pick back up in the house right after the Veto Ceremony.

Hayden doesn’t understand what Lane is thinking nominating two Brigade members this week over Britney, and even though he thinks he has the votes to stay, he says that it isn’t cool.

Britney says that her pushing Lane the last few days to not put her up paid off, as she is in the final four now, and while she hates that Hayden is on the block, it’s better Hayden than her.

Lane says that it wasn’t easy nominating Hayden, but he couldn’t risk them booting Britney, as he wants her with him in the final two.

Enzo is asking Hayden how he feels about being on the block, and Hayden sarcastically says great, but follows that up with saying that it sucks. Enzo is happy he’s off the block, but not happy Hayden is up there, but says that the plan is to get rid of Ragan.

With it being his third time on the block, Ragan knows that he is in a bad position, but he is going to try and stay, no matter how long of a shot it may be.

The Brigade is celebrating in the HOH room, with Hayden saying that one of them will win the money. Enzo and Hayden think that if Britney makes the finals, she’ll win. But Lane disagrees, telling us that he wants Britney with him in the end, because she has a lot more enemies in the jury house than anyone from the Brigade. He knows that the house isn’t big enough for Britney and the Brigade much longer.

Ragan knows that Enzo will be voting him out, so he goes to work Britney for her vote, and is then going to work Lane to save him in a tiebreaker.

Ragan tells Britney that he thinks she will lose against any of the three guys. He thinks she’s lost Rachel and Brendon’s votes unless she goes up against him, and then the Brigade would probably vote for her over him as well.

Ragan continues, telling her that Hayden and Enzo will protect each other, and if either of them wins HOH and Veto next week, she’s done. But if he stays, there’s a 75% chance of her staying, and he will take her to the finals because she’s the only one he has a chance to beat.

Britney knows that Ragan.....
