Big Brother 12: Princess Britney's Delusional Dreams Destroyed
Recap and Commentary by Jenny Lane
September 9, 2010

Did she really not
see it coming?
Previously on Big Brother, the three remaining members of the Brigade made it to the final four, along with Britney.

At the next HoH competition, Hayden came out on top. At the nomination ceremony, Hayden did as expected and nominated Lane and Britney for eviction.

Tonight, Julie opens a special Wednesday eviction episode. She promises that tonight we’ll find out who wins the PoV, and also who gets sent to the jury house.

But first, we rejoin the house guests after Hayden’s nominations on day 63. Enzo tells us that he trusts Hayden. Hayden says Lane and Britney need to be broken up, and Britney is the target.

Britney says she knows that it all comes down to the PoV, so she’s just ‘going to’ win it.

I always think it’s amusing when people say how they’re ‘going to’ win something – usually that’s what they say right before they do the opposite of win.

Hayden asks Lane if he’s mad that he’s nominated. He tells Lane that he didn’t keep Enzo safe because he’s in more of an alliance with him.

He says that he thinks the two of them have a good chance of beating Enzo. Lane seems to (pretends to) agree, and the two talk about how Britney would win if she goes to the end.

Lane tells us that he’s just telling Lane whatever he wants to hear, but he really wants Britney to go to the final three.

The guys are outside, so Britney must be inside feeling sorry for herself. Enzo says he has to win the PoV, or he’s getting voted out. He talks about how Britney would win if she makes it to the end.

Lane says he wants to go in and take a shower, but he doesn’t want to leave the two of them alone. Enzo says they’ve been playing for the final three since the beginning, and why would they change now.

Lane doesn’t say anything, but gets up and goes inside.

With Lane gone, Enzo tells Hayden that he deserves to be here. Hayden says he’s playing for Enzo too. Hayden tells us that he doesn’t trust Lane one hundred percent, but thinks he could win in the end against Lane more than Britney.

Enzo tells Hayden that Lane is safe no matter what, since Britney is on his side. He says he doesn’t like that Lane kept Britney safe last week over the two of them.

Britney goes upstairs to talk to Hayden. She tells him that she’s nervous. Hayden says he is too, because nobody wants to take him to the final two. She says she’s in that position too.

Britney tries to get Hayden.....
