As I write this Keesha has been evicted. Given the boot by Dan's puppet, Memphis. Memphis felt guilty about it, but not enough to not do it. Dan didn't feel guilty about it. Dan is playing to win and guilt is not going to get in the way. As he said early in the season, “I'll do what I have to do and go to confession when it's over.”
I don't mean to be harsh in my judgment of Dan. I admire the way he has played. This game is designed so that the winner must lie and deceive or they just won't win. Name one winner who didn't lie? Can't do it can you. Within the construct of the game Dan is playing it well.
And in many ways I admire Dan for being ruthless without being cruel. He's not Evel Dick. I also admire him for planning and executing a strategy of elimination without being childishly gleeful about it. He's not Dr. Will.
But wouldn't you love to see an all star season with the three of them in the game?
As I write this, we are into the final Head of Household competition. The endurance segment is the first of three rounds. This is why Keesha was eliminated.
The Renegades figured correctly that Keesha would have a chance of winning this one. Jerry has no chance. That makes the odds of the Renegades making it to final two a lot higher than if they kept Keesha. The desire to win pushed loyalty and honor aside. That's the way the game is designed. And it is a game.
So kudos to Dan for playing it well, but I think he over-played it. I don't think he is going to win it.
I think he deserves to, but I think this jury will vote emotionally, based on how they feel about the way Dan played. Not on how well he played.

I am assuming Dan and Memphis will make the final two as they have planned all along. But I think Memphis will win it. I think the jury is going to vote based on how Dan played them, not based on how Dan played the game. He played a great game but with this jury it was the wrong kind of game. They'll go with Memphis because he's the only option to Dan.
Here's how I think they will vote:
Libra - Dan
April - Memphis
Michell - Memphis - If I'm wrong, this will be the vote I missed.
Ollie - Memphis
Renny - Dan
Keesha - Dan
Jerry - Memphis

Dan played a great game. Nobody else made more strategic moves. Nobody else really had a plan. Memphis got where he is because Dan took him along for the ride. I think Dan made two mistakes.
1) Memphis - He should have taken someone people really did not like. Jerry or Libra would have done the job.
2) He played the game too well. When they think about it the jury will realize he played them all. Most of them won't like it.
He to do some damage control when he went to the beach. I don't think it did him any good.

Jerry just does not realize how people percieve him. At first I thought it might just be the age difference. I kept trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. But the fact is, he just annoying, obnoxious, a know it all and a bore. Not going to make many friends that way. He made it to third because he was never a threat.

Another interesting night, we saw Jessie get voted out and finally they are starting to play the game. It is about time. Playing follow the leader is not a game for Big Brother. I have a feeling the game is going to have more drama and more fights. Alliances will change as people go home.
