Big Brother wakes them up at 8:30am. When they are woken up they are required to turn the lights on in the bedrooms. Jenn turns the lights on in the Kicks room and goes back to bed.

Frank does get up and he is talking to the live feeds watchers.
He tells us he hopes we aren't “bummed that I'm on the block” and that he hopes “nobody is like Damn, I'm so ready for Frank to go.”
He tell us that last night “Janelle bold faced lied to me about me wanting to backdoor Wil last week. She threw me under the bus.”
He tells Wil's family that he likes Wil and he would never do that. He says he called Janelle on it and “she was shocked” that he would do that. But then he says “She owned up to it.”
I should mention that this is not a conversation I heard.
He blames Janelle for his being on the block as a replacement. He says she talked Shane into it. He says he will go after her later. Wil too. But not for a couple of weeks.
He tells us he thinks he is playing the game well and that people trust him
He mentions that twice he has been promised he would not go on the block and both times he did.
He hopes everone watching wants him to make final two and he doesn't think there are many people who could beat him if he does.
He thinks his biggest threat is Wil because “he's a good talker.”
Frank says everybody looks at Shane as a big threat, because he is physical and has been winning comps. Frank thinks he is not putting his best foot forward yet and Shane's target gets bigger with every competition he wins.
He talks about how Joe and Janelle told him that Wil wanted to backdoor him and how Wil told him they were lying. He can't believe they tried that.
