It’s just too depressing to try to comment on where we are and how we got there. There is only a single word for it.
Liar.
First in the running recaps we see Shane win the HoH. Then we see Janelle get the top position in the Coaches’ Challenge and use it to save Wil.
That throws everyone’s pre-determined strategy into disarray.
Got thoughts? Post them at the end.
Janelle is trying to lead this pack of wildly independent thinkers. It’s not working well but Janelle remains hopeful.
At least she keeps on badgering and lecturing her audience of the moment as to their proper next course of action.
I actually felt sorry for Shane. He had a handshake deal with Frank and Boogie. His bossy and verbal coach is Britney. The peanut gallery is all over him with its own needs and demands.
I could have felt sorry for Britney who was pretty much being ignored, but it’s hard to feel sorry for Britney.
Shane nominates Joe and Ashley.
Tonight we will see the PoV competition and “a shocking turn of events changes everything.”
I could argue the word shocking. Hamsters lying to save their own butts is seldom shocking.
In the black and white re-recaps, Shane tells Janelle that he wants her to see what it feels like to have two players on the block.
Nanner-Nanner-Nyah-Nyah.
Shane tells us that, one, he didn’t want to burn any bridges with Frank and Boogie and, two, he wanted to ensure that at least one of Janelle’s players went home.
Your faithful scribe who watches all the live feeds and is days ahead of the Prime Time history lesson, wants you to remember those two points as they came out of Shane’s mouth.
Take notes if you need to.
Joe tells us from the diary room that he’s angry. He’s been put on the block because his coach is Janelle. That pisses him off.
