Big Brother 14 Recap: The Brunch Bunch Does Memory Lane Yell At Your TV Recap and Commentary by Kathleen September 17, 2012
Will need surgery
to correct.
Welcome back to Big Brother – It’s Sunday on Prime Time.
We’re down to the end.
The only question remaining for us is which walnut shell is hiding the pea.
Will it be Dan? Dan has played an outstanding “game”. He deserves to win.
He has orchestrated many moves and crawled away from certain doom with only his wits to guide him.
Got thoughts? Post them at the end.
If Dan wins, I will applaud.
So what is my beef with Dan? As I have said before, it’s not about Dan; it’s about what it takes to win this particular game.
It’s an Adult-rated video game played with real people.
In a video game, if you take out a competitor, it doesn’t matter if it goes boom, or splat, or pow. It doesn’t matter if there is blood all over the screen.
It is, indeed, Just A Game.
In Big Brother, the competitors are alive.
Yes, they should have known what they were signing up for and they made the decision to believe Dan. Nonetheless the blood and bruises are on real people.
If Ian wins, I will be astounded but happy.
It will come with a note reading “miracle”.
Ian has played a great game considering his lack of experience at this cut-throat stuff. But, he is way too naïve to win against Dan unless … Unless … Dan makes a blunder.
And if Dan makes a blunder, her name will be Danielle.
If Danielle wins, I will be too busy scratching my head to applaud. It will, indeed, be a major Gotcha.
Here we are at the end of this road and I still haven’t figured out Danielle.
Is she the emotion driven little southern flower she plays or is she playing everyone and getting away with it?
I guess we’ll find out tonight and, or Wednesday.
Tonight we should start with the HoH competition.
I say “should” because we’ll probably take a running start way back weeks ago … sigh.
