Big Brother: Jen Doesn't Fit In - Jessica's Back In
Episode 22 Recap by Logan Huffman
August 24, 2007
Julie moves on to Jen, pointing out that she is the first person in 'Big Brother' history to break food restriction rules and get a penalty vote, and asks her how it feels to make 'Big Brother' history. Jen says that she already thought she had made history, but says that she was upset with 'Big Brother', so she didn't know what else to do but eat.

Julie moves on to Eric, asking him about another serious issue, and saying that he has some explaining to do. Julie points out that every time he loses a bet in the house, he shows a certain side, as we see a montage of Eric streaking and dressing in women's clothing. Julie asks him if he does this outside of the house as well, and he responds that while he would like to say that this is exclusive to 'Big Brother', this is him, adding that he is a man of his word, and - suddenly, I hear a loud, long beeping noise, and I think Eric is cursing, but it is actually a weather alert from my local station. Hmm, does anyone else see the irony in the noise occurring just when Eric said that he was a man of his word? I think the weathermen at my local station know what's truly going on, and they are probably watching the live feeds as we speak. Go meteorologists!

It's now time to go to the HOH room and speak with Daniele. Julie asks Daniele who she credits the most for her and her dad's comeback last week. Daniele says that it was a lot of people, with her dad winning the Veto, but she admits that she owes a lot of credit to Eric and Jessica for getting rid of Dustin. Julie asks Daniele if she will ever turn on her dad in the game, Daniele says that she hopes that she and her dad are the final two, because honestly, people will hold things against him. Julie asks Daniele if she would turn on her dad in the final two. Daniele says that she hopes she wouldn't, but they both came into the game separately, and she hopes she wins.

It's now time for the final words, and Jen is first. Jen says that she has been a happy, positive, and honest person her whole life, and she obviously doesn't fit in here, but she was thrown the opportunity and was happy to try it, but will be just as happy to leave.

Jameka stands up next, and she says that she is grateful, honored, and happy to be there, and she feels like they know where she stands in the game and how she plays it, and with her word, she hopes they can see some individual benefits to keeping her.

It's now time for the live vote. Jen will start with one vote against her, the penalty for breaking the food restriction rule. Amber is first, and she votes to evict Jen. Dick is next, and he is thrilled to evict Jen. Eric is casting America's vote, as we learned America has chosen Jen as well. Jen's eviction is official; as we see Zach and Jessica also vote to evict Jen.

Julie goes back to the living room, and says, "By a vote of 6-0, Jen, you are evicted from the 'Big Brother' house." Amber, Jameka, and Zach hug Jen, and as Daniele hugs Jen, Jen tells her that she is glad that she had her back. Daniele fires back that she is glad she told lies. Eric tells Jen that even though she is happy to be leaving, they are happier. I just hate him. Jameka says something to Jen that I missed, but Jen tells her to tell Jessica.

Jen leaves the house, and sits down with Julie. Back inside, Jameka thanks them for saving her, and Dick says it was the easiest vote ever. Daniele says that Jen's picture looks better in black and white. They continue to make fun of Jen, including her speech.

Outside, Julie congratulates Jen on being one of their most compelling Houseguests ever. Julie points out that Jen barely reacted when Dick poured tea on her head, she requested to be on slop, and she loved wearing the red unitard around for a week, and of course, who can forget when she sobbed at her photo on the memory wall. Julie asks if we saw the true Jen. Jen says that she is very random, and while you never know what you're going to get with her, it's usually positive, but you never know in these circumstances. Julie asks Jen her strategy, pointing out that she made it seven weeks, including being on the block three times in a row. Jen says that she didn't have much of a strategy, only to enjoy the experience and teach others things, but she knew if she was going out, it would have to be by being backdoored, or she would have won every time.

Julie points out that Dick was really mean to her in the house, as she asks Jen if she thinks that was strategy or how he really felt. Jen says that either way, it was inappropriate, and most of the things weren't even true, as she adds that he isn't being smart to say those kinds of things to people who are headed to the jury house.

It's time for the goodbye messages.....
