Nope, it's not Frado.
This week on the Biggest Loser we saw the culmination of seven months of work by this season’s contestants.
There were transformations galore – and not all of them were physical.
As amazing as the contestants’ losses were, most of them looked as though they had gained confidence and a new lease on life.
And that’s what this show is all about.
Hostess Allison Sweeny – looked wonderful in a purple dress – welcomed us to the live finale and reminded us we’d started with 21 contenders for this prize. We were treated to the traditional retrospective of pictures from the season and then she unveiled the Biggest Loser scale.

She reported that discussion had been a “turning point” and her family was now “so supportive.” Both her Dad and Mom were in the audience and looked very proud of her.
Ada admitted if it hadn’t been for the Biggest Loser, she would not have been able to face that discussion. Ada thanked her Mom, Dad and brother.
Next came Elizabeth – who looked beautiful in a green dress – but not as though she’d lost much more weight. She agreed with Allison that her journey on the Ranch had been somewhat different than some of the others.

As usual, Allison went to a commercial before giving us the news of which of the girls had won a slot in the finals. When she returned, she told us the overwhelming winner was Ada.
As if there’d ever been any doubt.
After this, Allison introduced our trainers. Bob looked dapper in a tuxedo; Jillian looked sharp in a “John Travolta-in-Saturday-Night-Fever” white suit.
Bob said the contestants.....
