The previews for
Biggest Loser: Couples show that someone messed up big time. The
previews show that someone went home for a month and gained 2 lbs.
Do we believe the
preview? I guess we have to. It’s pretty specific showing
that “+2” on screen. And the victim/culprit wasn’t
me, so who?
With the four we
have left, it could be any of them.
In my opinion, Koli
has made the least amount of permanent life change, but Koli is the
most laser focused on the finish line.
Michael has made a
huge amount of life change but he’s fragile. He has a lot of
emotional things at home. Has Grandma come out of her coma? Has she
passed?
Ashley has developed
a huge amount of determination, but I am still concerned about the
peer pressure of her old environment. “Come on, Ashley …
just one won’t hurt”.
And Daris is going
home a completely different man than he was when he entered this
journey. He has never ever lived life as the new Daris. It is
impossible to say how hard that might be.
If I have to pick
one, I pick Michael. Sorry, Michael. Jillian, in the preview, uses
the words “sabotaged yourself”. I think that most likely
applies to emotional Michael and least likely applies to slow and
steady Daris.
Whatever. I guess
we’re about to find out.
After all the “how
far we have come” videos, everyone goes home for 30 days.
After that they will come back and weigh in to determine the final
three. It’s the “fan favorite” thing … the
two under yellow are subject to America’s vote.
Daris is back in
Oklahoma and doesn’t his mom look great? Daris looks great and
tips the scale at 195 which is a 151 loss.
Michael gets a
rousing applause from everyone and shows off his 204 loss.
Ashley’s mom
looks great. Ashley has lost 143 and weighs in at 231. I have to
take exception to Ashley’s wardrobe choices. Ashley, your
waist is relatively tiny now, but all these giant belts and layers
and layers of hip length things hanging below that belt are doing you
no favors. Maybe later … or maybe not.
Another person
weighing 231 is Koli. He’s lost 172. I personally do not care
for his extreme competitive attitude. I understand that competition
is what keeps some people going, but Koli’s obsession is not
attractive.
He is reveling in
having beaten.....
