Clay helped start his own foundation due to a problem that he noticed of children with disabilities being left out of camps and after-school programs and came up with solutions to include them with his foundation the National Inclusion Project.
If that is not leadership, I don't know what leadership really is then.
Trump tells Aubrey that she is too inexperienced to be a good chest player and that she is transparent.
Aubrey tries to argue that the need to be developed is a good thing and that she hopes to always need development. Trump tells Aubrey that she is going to have a fantastic career, but Aubrey is fired.
Whew! I am relieved.
I think Trump and everyone else saw that Aubrey was more there for herself than for her charity.
Both Clay and Arsenio are very passionate about their charities. Also while Aubrey was a great individual player, she was not really a team player. Trump made the right decision.
I am not sure if Arsenio and Clay should have been the final two based on the original set of people, but I am happy to see both of them in the finale.
Clay says it feels like deja vu. Arsenio jokes that he is not that heavy.
They both laugh at the Reuben Studdard reference. I think Ruben called it before the season began when he gave Arsenio the advice to not be the first black man to be runner up to Clay.
Arsenio tells Clay that he is going to get his ass, which Clay jokes back to Arsenio that he might want to rethink that choice of words.
Arsenio realizes the double meaning of what he just said to Clay and they both laugh really hard. They celebrate and both seem extremely happy.
It appears to be the next day at the Lincoln Center, where Trump says it all began for the season.
Trump tells them that they each will be getting some help. Eight former contestants from this season are brought back to be on their teams.
Since Arsenio has the better winning record as project manager, never having lost, Arsenio gets to go first.
Arsenio decides to go with what he knows, which is comedy, so he focuses on the comedians. Arsenio picks Adam.
Clay picks Penn because he wanted to show Trump that despite difficulties with Penn, that he can work with anyone.
Arsenio picks Lisa. Clay goes for the musicians and picks Debbie.
