I did not feel that Nancy was in any way not connected to the piece. From the moment she had a stare down at Carrie Ann until her final, committed pose, I saw a newly crafted Nancy.
Her technique was really strong. Her footwork and spins have vastly improved, and her speed has picked up remarkably.
Bruno is right – she does need to work on finishing her lines, but that can easily be refined. I think Nancy is slowly but surely making me a dancing believer.
Hope Solo is really getting on my nerves. I started off the competition really loving her energy, spirit, and overall potential, but now she is extremely cranky and disrespectful to Len.
Instead of taking in constructive criticism, she builds up a wall of defense that only makes her look worse to the public.
I think Hope may find herself ousted quickly if she does not tighten up her technique and improve her bratty attitude.
