Donald was relieved to have received high scores.
Sherri is being Sherri again. She swings her head around, to show she’s ready to rock, and her weave gives Melissa a black eye.
Sherri is ready for fun. I’m ready to turn off the TV. I’d rather clean toilets at this point. Melissa loves love.
Brooke has a surprise for us. The judges, or maybe the producers, are sending Brooke, Sherri, Jaleel, and the woman who fans Jaleel to Fame Whores Rehab with Dr. Drew. Effective immediately.
That’s what I hoped she was going to say. In reality, Brooke is holding an envelope with the names of one safe couple.
Isn’t this new and different? As Brooke awkwardly juggles her microphone, which is in her armpit, and the envelope, which is in her hand, she announces Sherri and Val are safe.
Sherri loses her shit. Worse than last week.
Maks throws himself on Melissa to protect her. That was nice.
Val takes cover and hunkers down behind the red couch.
Derek throws himself into the camera’s view. He never misses that opportunity, no matter how dangerous the circumstances.
Brooke just stands there smiling as oblivious as ever.
Now we know the reason behind letting Brooke announce results. For the safety of Tom and the live audience, the producers need to contain Sherri’s crazy inside the skybox.
The other couples need to wait for their results because Tom has another surprise.
After this week, the bottom two dancers for at least the next two weeks will do a dance off in front of the judges.
The judges will pick who stays and who goes.
If I were a conspiracy theorist, my theory for this twist would be, some of the judges favorites aren’t bringing in the votes.
Could Katherine, William, Maria, or Sherri be too close to the bottom two for comfort?
