About The Show:
Superstar chef Gordon Ramsay cranks up the ovens in HELL'S KITCHEN when the series returns for its seventh season with a tantalizing premiere Tuesday, June 1 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT).
The cutthroat culinary competition will continue with a mix of one-hour and two-hour episodes throughout the summer, with two-hour episodes airing Tuesday, June 15 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) until the series premiere of MASTERCHEF on Tuesday, July 27 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT).
The show was renewed through the 2010-11 season (the show's seventh & eighth editions) on 8/6/09.
Each week, Ramsay puts the contestants through rigorous culinary challenges, asking them to create signature dishes, compete in blind taste tests and run a successful dinner service. In each episode, the losing team will put two contestants on the chopping block, and Ramsay will eliminate one chef. The remaining contestants must stay focused in order to win HELL'S KITCHEN.
