He's back.
This week's Project Runway starts off with Dmitry and Elena crying about how much they hate each other, bringing us back to last week's fighting between the two.
Could they just get over it all ready?
Off at Parson's the remaining eight designers meet Heidi and she reminds them that they have a long way to go before Fashion Week.
This week, Heidi tells the group that they will have individual inspiration.
Christopher says he is looking forward to anything but a group challenge or working for a client. Right Christopher, that's the fashion world!
Got thoughts? Post them at the end.
Finalist from Season 8, and winner of "Project Runway Allstars," Mondo Guerra is waiting for them in the workroom with Tim to discuss their challenge for the week.
It's time for the HP Touchmark Desktops and the HP Intel Print Challenge where designers will make their own fabric inspired by their heritage, go HP!
Gunnar is excited by the challenge, Christopher lets us know he doesn't really care that much about his heritage, and Dmitry is excited to show himself as an artist.
After a few moments of inspiration from Mondo, the designers are told the pattern they choose must be a central part of their design.
They have an hour to design their patterns on the HP, and so the designers get to work. After they all start working, the workshop door opens, and several women come into the room.
It turns out, that a member of each designer's family has come to help them with this challenge.
Dmitry's best friend brings several photos and a video from his dad in Belarus. He focuses on traditional ornaments from costumes in Belarus to come up with his red and black geometric design.
Fabio's friend and Gunnar's mom both bring a slide show of their childhood.
Gunnar is reminded of being bullied as a child. He wants to show something with rhythm and movement and draws an intricate pattern.
Elena gets very emotional over her mother's visit and seeing photos of her childhood in the Ukraine.
She sits down at the computer and decides she wants to draw several churches for her fabric.
Sonjia expresses worry over having her mom here, because she doesn't want to be distracted thinking about her mom when she's sewing.
