RuPaul's Drag Race: Tyra Holds The Lead - Ranking The Remaining 6

This week's episode of RuPaul's Drag Race 2 saw the queens rocking out and singing live for the first time.
The week's mini-challenge saw the queens bringing rocker style to various wigs and Ru named Pandora the winner.
The main challenge involved the queens dressing up as rockers and embodying the rocker girl spirit.
Terri Nunn, singer of rock band Berlin, acted as a coach for the queens and helped them learn a heavy metal version of Ru's song, "Lady Boy."
On the main stage, each queen did their performance of the afforementioned song with rockers Terri Nunn and Henry Rollins acting as guest judges.
Jessica, Pandora, and Raven drew raves for their perfomances and Jessica won her first challenge.
Conversely, Tatianna did a good job, but the judges still wanted her to do more than just be the "pretty girl."
Tyra was lucky to have immunity and Jujubee and Sahara were left as the bottom two for failing to live up to the judges' expectations.
As the bottom two, Jujubee and Sahara had a lip sync battle to Alannah Myles', "Black Velvet."
In the end, Ru let Jujubee stay and eliminated Sahara Davenport.

Tyra Sanchez

Tyra is a 21 year old queen from Orlando, FL.
Tyra mostly holds onto the top spot of my scoreboard by default. She's won two challenges, which puts her ahead of all the other queens, but lately she's been getting lazy. It seems like whenever she wins a challenge, she's barely there the next week and relying on her immunity. She's always trying to be Beyonce and not showing much versatility and then of course there's the issue of her attitude. She needs to do more than just being a wannabe.

Pandora Boxx

Pandora is a 37 year old queen from Rochester, NY.
Pandora finally broke out of her box, no pun intended, and delivered that edginess that she really needed. However, I think RuPaul said it best when she called Pandora the 'Susan Lucci' of this competition. Pandora keeps popping up in the top group at the runway judgings, this week being her fourth or fifth time, but she's always overshadowed by another queen's performance. Susan eventually won a daytime Emmy, but that was after 19 nominations and there just isn't much time left in this competition, at least not for 19 performances. Will this be the story of Pandora's journey on this show? Always being a bridesmaid, but never a bride, referencing last episode's challenge?

Raven

Raven is a 30 year old queen from Riverside, CA.
I had said a few episodes back, in one of my prior scoreboard write-ups, that I felt Raven was one of the strongest queens in the bunch and had the potential to do some damage in this competition. Well, after two close calls in episodes two and three, Raven has seen her stock rise for the last few weeks and she is back on track as being a contender. She avoided the bottom two in episode four, was adored in the wedding challenge, and really blew the judges away with her performance this week. Raven just has that undeniable presence and an acid tongue, attitude to spare, which can only help her in her push towards the title should she not allow her spirit to be broken like Shannel did in season one.

Jessica Wild

Jessica is a 28 year old queen from San Juan, PR.
Jessica finally broke through and won a challenge this week! Except for her performance in the country challenge a couple episodes prior, Jessica has been recognized for her personality and charisma, but has not had much luck landing in the top group at runway judgings or winning challenges. Well, she finally did it! Whether or not it holds, time will tell, but Jessica is recognized for her strong track record and good will with the judges.

Tatianna

Tatianna is a 21 year old queen from Falls Church, VA.
Tatianna seemed like she'd be dead in the water with this challenge judging from the early portions of this episode, but she turned out a fun and sexy perfomance when it counted. The only problem is that her style still needs help and she continues to be little more than, "the pretty girl." The judges love her beauty and her body, but not much else.

Jujubee

Jujubee is a 25 year old queen from Boston, MA.
I like Jujubee; I really do. However she has consistenly ranked low on the totem pole because she just cannot break free from the middle of the pack. Every other girl in this competition has had their moments except for Jujubee. The judges like her and her style, but she has yet to breakthrough and announce herself as a contender. She may have gotten her chance with her lip sync performance in the bottom two, but the theme lately has been of queens breaking through with fierce performances only to be eliminated the next week. I mean, look at Morgan with her, "Two of Hearts," and Sahara with her, "Carry On." Can Jujubee break the trend or will she continue to fall short?
