Stimpy’s Thoughts
Again, in a manly way, I love the guy, but I just don’t think his third kick at the can is gonna work out any differently than the previous two did.
James is a workhorse, and is pretty good in the challenges, so that will keep him safe for a fairly long while, one would think.
But in terms of strategy and scheming and plotting? Not so much.
James just doesn’t seem to have that necessary ‘mean streak’ in him to do the necessary shit that will get him to the end.
Hell, even in his interview, he says he’ll leave some of the socializing (and probably plotting) to the girls.
So, call it another good run, followed by an exit sometime post-merge, shall we?
Yeah, in Micronesia, he was evacuated for medical reasons, but let’s face it, he wasn’t gonna last that much longer anyways. Not with Parvati and her Witches Coven ruling the roost.
I guess there is some potential for a ‘nice guys and girls’ alliance to rule the roost this time out. Y’know James, along with Rupert, Tom, JT, maybe even Colby; You could toss in Amanda and maybe Cirie or Stephenie and they could take charge of the game and eliminate everyone else.
Problem is; What happens when they’re the only ones left?
Does anyone believe James will start ‘shucking and diving’ and making moves to ensure he gets his ass to the end?
Doubt it.
He’s another one I hope can prove me wrong, but I don’t think it’s gonna happen.
One good thing though, is that at the finale, we’ll at least have a two-horse race for the fan-favorite vote, between James and Rupert.
That’s something I guess.
In the grand scheme of things, there’s nuthin’ too wrong with getting top ten finishes twice (and the money that goes along with that), with a nice extra $100K as a fan-favorite.
Unless of course, you’re actually in this thing to win.
