Imagine how the jury would have reacted to him had he come off as sane at Final Tribal Council.

Plus, as we saw this evening, Kim took a step further and pointed out the flaw that existed in Heidik’s game - in that if people start comparing notes about things you’ve said, you could be in a world of hurt.
I also get comparing Kim’s run to that of Rob’s. While everyone thinks their best chances are with the ring-leader, it could be argued that in Rob’s case, people thought they might have a shot because Rob was getting his fourth kick at the can.
Gotta admit, I’m at a loss to realize what this group of people who think sticking with Kim is in their best interests, actually is.
Well, Sabrina and Chelsea are being loyal. Alicia is deluded, and Christina is, well, Christina.
However, you make a very valid point about the difference between ‘getting to the end’ and ‘actually ensuring you’ve got more than a snowball’s chance in hell of winning’.
Dunno if I’ve ever made it a Primer moment, per se, but I’m sure I’ve mentioned it along the way.
But you’re right that some seem to think they can figure things out when they get to the end. A perfect example of that, this season, would be Christina.
That girl has NO end-game strategy to speak of.
Again, since Alicia is clearly deluded, we can discount her. She’s got her argument set, she’s just oblivious to the fact that it won’t work.
Ah, but Sabrina and Chelsea? Like I said, they can profess their loyalty to their alliance - and specifically Kim - but that only works if yer gauging the jury and are aware whether or not that kinda argument will work.
Hell, even Alicia deserves a bit of flack here, since she should at least have a fucking clue that everyone knows Kim is running shit.
So, to think you can sit in the finals against her, and say ‘I was running shit’ and having the jury swallow that is beyond stupid.
It’s an inherent flaw of most people’s games throughout the years, and last year, we saw an example of someone - Sophie - getting to the end, with a clear argument of why she deserved to win - and a jury that was receptive to that.
Hell, just take a look at Russell the Dick™ and his first kick at the can in Samoa. I was screaming to all in sundry that he had no shot in hell, because the jury hated his guts.
Yet he still went into that Final Tribal Council thinking the jury should reward him, without realizing that human beings, sometimes have feelings.
