Survivor One World is back and so am I. Many thanks to Stimpy for his more than able coverage last week.

So Jonas, the provider who floats, is gone.

Dr. T (Greg) has revealed his experience in the operating room and also that he doesn’t know how to wash his own dirty speedo.

There is still a component of girls against guys for the Us versus Them portion of the strategy.

With Colton gone, the follower-types are still wandering around looking for something they can call a leader.

Do you happen to recall the logo on the Survivor banner? You are forgiven if you don’t. This season has turned out to be fairly mind-numbing. It’s “outwit; outplay; outlast”.

These folks are just playing “outlast, outlast, and outlast”. They certainly are not playing any sort of game.

And as for wits, my elderly cat has more wits then this bunch.

Maybe there will be something good tonight. I am ever hopeful.

We open with the pre-caps showing the merge, the women still working on solidarity, the men engaged in infighting, and Dr. Tarzan not being loved by much of anyone.

But you knew all that already.

And the sun comes up.

Troyzan is sauntering along with Jay babbling away a mile a minute. He wants to, I assume, cover his butt.

He has been friends with Jonas since the beginning, but “it was all the luck of the draw” on how the tribes came down after the shuffle.

Yep … standard reactionary non-strategy. Find yourself in a new environment with strong people, go with them and abandon your prior alliances.

Then find yourself back in the game with the folks who you kicked to the curb, for heaven’s sake blame it all on “luck”.

And just to put sprinkles on this speech, Jay tells us that the next person to go has to be a girl because he doesn’t want to be overpowered by a girl.

Sing the Survivor Song … yodie, yadie, etc.
