Trying to fracture the alliance, Michael told Colton, and Colton confronted Leif and told him that he would be the next to go.

At the Reward Challenge, the women handily won, selecting a tarp as their reward.
Before the Immunity Challenge, learning from Tree Mail that the challenge would be pairs solving puzzles, acknowledging she wasn't the best at puzzles, Kat wanted to ensure she was paired with a strong partner, expressing that she didn't want to be paired with Alicia.
Alicia blew up, and the drama ratcheted up before the challenge.
At the Immunity Challenge, Kat's comment proved correct, as Alicia and Chelsea blew the first puzzle, losing so much time that the guys won the challenge before the women had much of a chance to even start on the second puzzle.
Back at camp, Bill tried to talk to Colton and smooth out their differences, but Colton refused to have the conversation, and suggested to his tribe that they give up their Immunity to the women just so they could go to Tribal Council and dump Bill.
However, Tarzan had a different plan, as he wanted to give up Immunity as well, but dump Leif instead for betraying the alliance.
In the end, the men did go to Tribal Council, where Colton attacked Bill's job and work ethic.
In the end, Colton got his way once again, as Bill was voted out of the tribe.
