Top Chef All Stars: Skill And Talent Against The Clock

When did he grow up?
I was looking forward to Top Chef All-Stars because I figured I already knew the chefs.

Wrong.

Who are these people and what did they do with the originals? Well, at least in some cases.

Two weeks in we have had an implosion and an explosion. What’s next, a nuclear meltdown?

In week one we had Elia, formerly pushy and abrupt and singularly creative, appear meek and almost fearful as she duplicated her original dish but with less panache and quality.

The challenge is.....
