Dia Frampton – Team Blake
Current Ranking: 1         Previous Ranking: 1
Dia was a frontrunner before the final show, and she proved her win with the best original song given to her, that was equally matched with a powerful and amazing delivery. I cannot believe how so many of us could not see the talent that Dia had until the live rounds, where she blew everyone away with “Heartless.” If ITunes is any indication, Dia will be the winner of this show, and she will soar high and mighty on the billboard charts, proving this show’s success in finding the next great musical superstar.

Beverly McClellan – Team Xtina
Current Ranking: 2         Previous Ranking: 4
Beverly had a solid few weeks, but she was easily at her greatest in the finals. I mean, that performance in “Beautiful” was out of this world, beyond comprehension amazing. The pure and honest emotion that Beverly delivered with her strong vocal was unrivaled, and even though her original song had less of an impact, it still really fit her personality and her rock passion. Beverly came into the night as the one with the lowest amount of accomplishments throughout the entire run, but now I firmly believe runner-up is in her grasp. She deserves it.

Javier Colon – Team Adam
Current Ranking: 3         Previous Ranking: 2
Javier was vocally masterful tonight, but his performances were just not worthy of a win. A winner needs to be not only based on their entire work, but also on the final performances. Javier was simply not as memorable as Beverly or Dia, and struck out when it came to his original song. The song will certainly sell well, but it was too cliché and did not quite fit the unique mold of an artist that I felt Javier was developing into. Nevertheless, if Javier does win, it will most certainly be because of his flawless voice, which is second-to-none in this competition. Javier should be proud of the work he has done, but I’m not sure overall he has done enough to win The Voice.

Vicci Martinez – Team Cee Lo
Current Ranking: 4         Previous Ranking: 3
Poor Vicci. Every single week, the little girl with the big, powerful voice shined. This week was not her night when it came to the original song. This was easily the weakest vocal we have heard from Vicci. Her control was not there, the voice was all over the place, and the song did not suit her comfortably at all. I thought she redeemed herself slightly with her show-stopping duet of “Love is a Battlefield” with Cee Lo, but I don’t think it was enough to compensate for the weak individual performance. It is too bad, because Vicci was my favorite from her audition and the Battle Rounds, but certain individuals have just surpassed her. Of everyone, it just seems like Vicci is the least poised to win. I think she is an amazing spirit, an amazing singer, but she just did not quite deliver the killer win at the very end when it counted most. Who knows, I could very well be wrong. Look, any one of these contestants can win, and I would be happy, because they are all so talented.
