Blake says she sang it beautifully but he could have done without “Captain America.” Adam interjects that he didn’t approve of Captain America.

Christina shoots a barb at Adam for not being part of the production, and assures us all that “I’m focused on every aspect of my team.” She says that last week, Mathai was her favorite from Team Adam, but this week, it’s Katrina.

She thinks Adam forced this song on Mathai and it showed.

Adam says “that’s your opinion” and continues to complain about the “sketchy dude” flying around the stage, and that he was distracting. He’s really happy with her performance, though, and hopes she is too.

I hope this was enough to make him okay with kicking her back to nursing school.

How much must it suck to be the sketchy Captain America who just flew his heart out and is hearing nothing but bad stuff about himself from these yahoos?

Christina Milian tells us that Mathai is trending world wide on Twitter.

Then she tells us that Pip’s fans are calling themselves The Pipsters. Wow. And, OMG! No bow tie this week!

James is up next. He tells Cee Lo that he didn’t expect to get the kind of reaction he did from the ladies.

Cee Lo has him doing Just the Way You Are, which I think is a great fit for him. I’m excited.

Staging? Awesome. They’ve got him serenading a chick at a window.

He’s wearing a studded “JM” jacket. That’s about as cool as the headband. Someone needs a stylist.

He plays the whole ladies’ man thing up and woooo! He just looked right at me! Back off, cheerleaders! He’s mine.

Blake says he’s been a fan of James’ from the beginning, but he’s not sure about this song.

Christina agrees with Blake. She says she wanted to see something different.

Cee Lo starts to talk, but Adam interrupts to say that he loved it. A lot.

He goes so far as to call him a “young Sinatra.” I don’t know if I’d push it that much, man. I mean, he’s cute and all, but Sinatra? Really?

Cee Lo says there’s nothing wrong with playing to the ladies. He thought it was great.

You guys, I’m worried for James this week.
